Download still really slow

I have made some efficiency improvements on my side but there is still a speed problem, I am still looking into it.  I have been downloading the top 60 alliances and the top 60 pages from the lifetime force table for each sector.  Next week I will reduce that to the top 50 of each to try and speed things up.  Running my computer for 4+ hours to get this data is a bit ridiculous.

Anyways, download is complete for this week check out your stats.  If you notice anything is incorrect or missing just send me a message.

Oops download a bit late

The download this week was a bit rocky as I had a bunch of connectivity problems and the connection to the servers was extremely slow.  I hope this is just an anomaly and not a sign of things to come.  I am reviewing my process to see if I can find any improvements.

However, I believe the download is now complete and everything is updated (1:15am EST).  If you notice anything is still incorrect please let me know. (gamerprogress@gmail.com)

Another Week in the books

Another week has gone by and from what I have heard a couple of fun PVP tournaments.  The data download is complete for this week with even more exponential growth of some of the big players.

The data download for this week is complete.  This week I have also decided to hang up this game.  I will keep GamerProgress running for as long as a can so it can bring you the player base a better gaming experience.  If the time comes that I will shut it down I will do my best to give you advanced warning.

I have made many good friends in this game and I have learned many things that I would have not have.  So over all the game has been a benefit but the time that I spent doing useless clicking needs to end.

Trick or Treat for 1 plat (or maybe 2)

Halloween has come and gone and the celebrations in Edgeworld for the occasion seem to be just an after thought for Kabam. We, as the players, would love to see Kabam engaged in the game and prepare for each season or opportunity to advance the game story but this doesn't seem to be happening.

The data download for this week is complete and the lessons that the data is telling me is that many players are advancing in force and levels so fast that the "chimera map trick" feels like a joke.
